We ship USPS mail within 3-5 business days of order placed. However, if your order to ship is delayed, we will always contact you to let you know. You will receive a verification email that the purchase was shipped. 

RETURNS
If any of the items you receive are defective, we will gladly replace it for you at no cost to you. Just contact us with the issue.
